Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364A, 341, 346/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the son and grand-son of the informant left for Haryana along with Rs. 2,00,000/- but did not reach there. Subsequently, the grand-son of the informant was recovered from the house of Binod Ram who stated that the boy was kept in his house by this petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that except the statement of co-accused Binod Ram there is no evidence against the petitioner. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14196 of 2015 (3) dt.11-05-2015 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 62 of 2013, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria. With this observation this application is disposed of.
