20-05-2016 Heard Sri Satish Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Risiup P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 2 (E), 3(8), 15, 18 of the Bihar Mahua Flower Act, 2006, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on an allegation of recovery of 25 bags of Mahua from the vehicle of the petitioner, the petitioner has been made accused. It was further submitted that petitioner was not present at the time of occurrence and vehicle has been used by the driver. Be that as it may, keeping in view nature of
