The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case no. 33 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 448, 427, 353 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that on 10.09.2018 at 11.00 A.M., petitioner came at the gate of the school and made demand to open the gate by creating nuisance. When informant being the In-Charge Headmaster of the school did not open the gate then petitioner jumped the boundary wall and entered in the mid day meal kitchen. Thereafter, petitioner came in the office of informant and demanded register of mid day meal and torn the said register.

No.39289 of 2019(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is member of Vidyalaya Committee and he had made complaint regarding irregularities in the mid day meal due to that reason, the informant filed the present case after one week of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Bikramganj in connection with Bikramganj in Rajpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
