Learned counsel submits that he has been informed by the District Magistrate, Munger that the order has been passed in favour of the petitioner for grant of licence on 07.09.2015. In view of the above stand taken by learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this application has become infructuous and, as such, he would not be pressing the same.
