The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that petitioner no. 2 executed the sale deed with regard to the land of the informant in favour of petitioner no. 1, petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are witnesses to the sale deed.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10109 of 2015 (2) dt.12-03-2015 petitioners that the informant claims the land by virtue of purchase through registered sale deed whereas the vendor of petitioner no. 1 claims the land by virtue of a gift deed. Considering the nature of accusation in the background of pending title suit with regard to land in question, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 169 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
