The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No.63/2014 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that only allegation against the petitioner and co-accused Sohan Singh as well as Bhola Mishra is that they had taken food together with the deceased on the date of occurrence. It is further contended that after consideration of the case diary, the co-accused, Sohan Singh who is on identical footing, as would be evident from the first

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19488 of 2016 (2) dt.26-05-2016 2 / 2 information report, has been granted pre-arrest bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure 3. Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No.63/2014, the above named petitioner, Rakesh Kumar Singh @ Putul shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anup Kumar Pandey, J.M. 1st Class, Darbhanga subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
