The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 295 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in loot of motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with
