The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is the order-giver and, only on his order, Tandel Yadav fired which hit on the right toe of the informant. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. On the basis of the Fardbeyan of the petitioner, Kotwali P.S. Case No. 273 of 2014 was registered under Section 325 and other section of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner got fracture injuries in his hand and leg. Considering the facts that there is a case and counter-case, the petitioner also got injuries and there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner but he is alleged to have
