2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 23 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 64 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The informant is a married lady and mother of two children and claims that the petitioner has established sexual relationship with her on the promise of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 23 of 2025.
