Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 354, 380 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that complainant performed love marriage with the Alok Ram which was protested by the family members as a result the complainant started residing in a rented house but there also the accused persons came, made assault to the complainant and snatched cash of rupees fifteen thousand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are nephew and niece of the complainant who has performed inter caste marriage with a covillager which was protested by the villagers and family members, as a result the present complaint has been filed. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sikrahana at Motihari in connection with Complaint Case No. C-447 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
