JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the disciplinary authority is directed to take steps to complete the departmental proceeding and pass the final order within six months from today.

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, I direct that the respondents should complete the entire departmental proceeding and pass the final order within six months from today, failing which the order of suspension shall stand revoked automatically. The writ petition is disposed off.
