2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 295 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 119(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 324(4), 324(5), 132 of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted police officials.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36530 of 2025(2) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 295 of 2024 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Kalyanpur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
