JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by the court dated 24th March 2022 deserves to be recalled as the issue involved in the present writ petition could not have been examined by the concerned appellate authority. I have considered the submission and finds that the petitioner's case is governed by another judgement passed by this court in the case of Ataur Rahman considering that he did not require the educational qualifications as on 30th March 2019. He has failed in fourth semester for which he has to re-appear. Keeping in view above, the order passed by this court dated 24th March 2022 is recalled.
