The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 341, 323, 379, 509, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that petitioner no.1 Karu Raut used to call the informant on mobile and used filthy language when it was informed to the villager then he stopped calling but thereafter

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20193 of 2016 (2) dt.09-05-2016 2/3 again the accused persons used to abuse the informant and gave threatening to kill her husband and son. On 08.06.2015, at 7 P.M., the accused persons armed with pistol entered into the house looking for husband and son of the informant when the accused persons assaulted the son of the informant with butt of pistol. It is further alleged petitioner no.1 Karu Raut snatched Rs.2000/- from the son of the informant when other accused persons took away Rs.5000/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 08.06.2015 at 7 PM, the FIR was registered on 09.06.2015 at 3.00 PM. The petitioners are next door neighbour of the informant and for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in
