Having regard to the solitary grievance of the petitioner relating to her non consideration for appointment on compassionate ground, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner would direct the respondents to take a final decision in the matter of appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5017 of 2015 (2) dt.01-04-2015 It would be however open for the respondents to take their own decision as per their own policy of compassionate appointment.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
