====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of killing the cousin of the informant after five years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demand by causing burn injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family. In fact, the victim died due to accidental burn injury and the same fact gets corroborated with the retracted version of the informant when the informant filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below, the same has been brought on record as annexure-2 to the petition.

No.13451 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.55 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
