2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.196 of 2025 registered under Sections 78(2), 308 and 79 of B.N.S., Sections 12, 14 and 15 of the POCSO Act and Sections 66(c) and 66(d) of the Information Technology Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he copied the photographs of the informant's grand-daughter by creating ID in her name and circulated her photographs along with the abuses and also demanded a sum of Rs.30,000/- for deleting the same.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Nothing incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The charge sheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence or absconding of petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 18.04.2025. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th District and Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.196 of 2025. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) Harish/- U T
