24-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Raxaul P.S. Case No. 242 of 2015 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of Excise Act, for alleged recovery of huge quantity of Mahua wine on 04.10.2015 from their house. Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks,

No.21952 of 2016 (2) dt.24-05-2016 2 / 2 let the petitioners above-named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 242 of 2015, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
