ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 23-01-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has been allotted a shop temporarily and the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of para 11 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4, which reads as under:- " 11. That, with regard to the averment as made by the petitioner in Paragraph No.

10 & 12 of the writ petition, it is humbly submitted that the construction work of shop are going on and after completion of work, the permanent arrangement of the allottee will be done in accordance with terms and conditions as law provided."

2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to allot a shop in the newly constructed shop to the petitioner after the same is constructed.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
