The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342/323/379/307/354/506/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) (xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
It is alleged that the petitioners took the informant and his wife to their house where co-accused Ram Narayan Rai and Arvind Rai assaulted and abused them by calling caste name whereas petitioner no.1 took Rs.600/- from the pocket of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury has been found to be simple in nature.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11289 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Simri P.S. Case No.25 of 2015, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
