2. In compliance of the order of this Court, a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.1. The same is taken on record.

3. By referring to the statements made in the supplementary counter affidavit, it is submitted that after verification of the pay point, all the necessary payments towards the retiral dues of the petitioner have stood paid and, as such, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

4. Learned counsel for the University also reiterating the statements made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent University submits that the entire amount payable to the petitioner stood paid and nothing remains due to the petitioner.

5. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far the grievance of the petitioner with regard to the discrepancies in the adjustment of CPF and his due date of retirement, from 60 to 62 years, are concerned, the same has not been answered.

6. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before respondent no.3 within a period of four weeks.

7. If such representation is filed along with a copy of this order and the necessary documents/judgments in support of his claim, the respondent no.3 shall consider the same and pass a

8. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed of.
