Mr. Ashok Kumar Pathak, learned AC to GP 21, by referring to the statements made in the supplementary counter affidavit submits that the remaining outstanding dues amount of the petitioner have stood paid to the petitioner and in this regard specific submission has been made in paragraph nos. 9 and 11, thereof. He further submits that the service book of the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.1085 of 2021 dt.06-12-2022 2/2 along with necessary papers have already been sent to the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna, for payment of arrears of gratuity and the same will be processed on receipt of the payment order from Accountant General.
Considering the submissions made on behalf of the counsel for the State, the present application stands disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner has redressed. It is needless to say that if the petitioner has still any grievance remains, he would be at liberty to move before the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance and if in case the petitioner will file such a representation, the same would be disposed of expeditiously.
