The present writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- "(i) To direct the respondent authority to not engage the teacher in non teaching work like
Patna High Court CWJC No.15127 of 2021(3) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 midday meal programme, Janganana, Election duty etc. as per direction of Hon'ble High Court order.
(ii) To further quash the order/direction/letter issued by the respondent by which direct to sale the mid day meal bags (Rs.10/each bags) to the Block Resource persons/Headmaster of the School.
(iii) To further direct to the respondent, no coercive action will be taken against the teacher when they denied to non teaching work and also quash the all punitive action of state authority by which non compliance of non teaching work by the teacher taken punitive action."

On bare perusal of the prayers made in the writ petition, this Court is of the view that the writ petition is not maintainable before this Court.
