2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80, 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons has killed the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. During investigation it has come that the deceased has committed suicide. The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2025. He is the brother-in-law of the deceased.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class-cum-Additional Munsif, Begusarai/ concerned Court in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024.
