JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-02-2015 Many a things have happened since passing of the order dated 9.11.2011 by the Divisional Commissioner, Purnea, including the fact that new selection and appointment has been made. In absence of any clear and cogent reason to unsettle a settled position after four years, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ application of the petitioner at such belated stage when no cogent and valid reason of delay in approaching the Court is coming forth. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.2992 of 2015 dt.23-02-2015 2/2 writ application relates to removal of the petitioner from the post of Aanganbari Sevika, which has been held by the Divisional Commissioner to be correct as well.

In view of the same, writ is dismissed.
