Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.
Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Desari P. S. case no. 149/2014 registered under sections 304B, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners happens to be in-laws of the deceased who died within one year of her marriage in mysterious circumstance and after her death her dead body was disposed of without giving any proper information to the informant.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I do not feel it proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with the above stated case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12725 of 2015 (4) dt.30-06-2015 stands rejected.
However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioners.
