Patna High Court LPA No.1532 of 2017(3) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 Re.: Letters Patent Appeal No.1532 of 2017 In view of the order dated 25.04.2016 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.309 of 2010 between the appellant and the respondents, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter. The learned Writ Court after taking note of the order already passed at the instance of the appellant in LPA No.309 of 2010 disposed of the writ petition in terms of the said order passed on 25.04.2016 in LPA No.309 of 2010 and we find no reason to make any indulgence into the matter. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
