Agrawal, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that permission may be granted to withdraw this writ application with liberty to prefer statutory appeal against the order impugned in the present writ application.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to it. This writ application is, thus, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy in the statutory appeal before the competent court.

In case, a question of limitation arises before the
