Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner's case is squarely covered by the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.17670 of 2017 dated 17.07.2018.

Considering this fact, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondent no.2 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no.2 is well advised to decide the case of the petitioner, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his counsel, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation of the
