JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. A stand has been taken by the State by filing counter affidavit that the petitioner's licence was already cancelled on 11.02.2007. It appears from Annexure-B that recommendation for the allotment being attached to another dealer was made on 18.01.2007 itself and, thereafter, the licence was cancelled on 11.02.2007. Accordingly, this writ petition is being disposed of with a direction to the Licensing Authority-cum-Sub-divisional Officer, Khagaria to supply the copy of the order of cancellation, if the same has not already been supplied to the petitioner.

However, if the same order is not supplied to the petitioner then the petitioner would be at liberty to file an application for revival of this case.
