2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 419 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447, 354(B), 384, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons entered the house of the informant, Rajesh Sao, armed with lathi, danda and iron rod and started abusing him. On protest, they threatened him to kill if he did not vacate the land. The petitioner and co-accused Pawan Singh assaulted the daughter-in-law of the informant with fists and slaps.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38831 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 that there is land dispute between the parties and from annexure2 it transpires that the petitioner has filed a mutation case against the informant side. He has also submitted that the specific allegation against the petitioner is to assault the daughter-in-law of the informant with fists and slaps. He has further submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 419 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
