The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of abducting the minor granddaughter of the informant. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement, the victim has admitted that she has friendship with Bhagwanjee Choudhary and she was abducted by Bhagwanjee Choudhary and Govindjee. Though the petitioners were also present at the time of abduction. Moreover Bhagwanjee Choudhary established forceful physical relationship.

Considering the thrust of accusation against Bhagwanjee Choudhary and Govind jee and admission of the victim girl that she has some friendship with coaccused Bhagwanjee Choudhary from before, let the

Case No. 03 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Madhubani, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
