JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition is squarely covered by a judgment dated 20.10.2014 passed in CWJC No. 22851 of 2013.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have filed an appeal against the said judgment dated 20.10.2014 to which the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said appeal bearing L.P.A. No. 394 of 2016 has also stood dismissed by an order dated 24.11.2017 passed by a

Patna High Court CWJC No.7958 of 2017 (2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 Division Bench of this Court.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is remanded to the respondent no.3 to examine the case of the petitioners and in case their cases are covered by the aforesaid judgment dated 20.10.2014, then appropriate benefits regarding 3rd ACP/MACP be granted to the petitioners herein. The said exercise should be completed within a period of six weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
