The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 380, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of assaulting the informant and his family members by 21 accused persons and committing theft. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners' side lodged a case at the earlier point of time. Four persons received injury from the informant's
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9605 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 side and two persons received injury from the petitioners' side. Earlier also informant's side made accused in a murder case of the family members of the petitioners.
Considering the case lodged by the petitioners' side, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
