The petitioner, Kari Devi, apprehends her arrest in Kharagpur P.S. case No. 139 of 2014 under Section 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that her daughter was married in the year 2008 but her husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law killed her and disposed of her dead body.
It is submitted that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The marriage was solemnized in the year 2008 and the petitioner is living separately. The husband of the petitioner has already been granted bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22865 of 2015 and the case of petitioner stands on same footing.

No.21908 of 2016 (3) dt.22-07-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is mother-in-law of deceased and no specific allegation is made against her, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 139 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
