The present writ petition has been filed "for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders in the nature of mandamus, directing and commanding the respondents concerned to discharge the statutory obligation to compute and make payment of entire post retiral dues especially, the due amount of over time for the actual work performed by him for the period from November and December, 2007 and further from March, 2008 to May, 2013 and remaining amount of gratuity along with statutory interest till the date of payment on the P.F. and G.S.S. amount which was paid on 17.01.2014 in the event when the sanction order had been made on 29.10.2013 much earlier to 17.01.2014 and litigation cost due to delayed payment made as, aforementioned as per Government circular adopted by the Board/Company/Corporation."
3. None appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent-Power Holding Company invites reference to paragraphs-7 and 8 of the counter affidavit, to submit that the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed and no cause of action remains.

In view of the non-appearance of the petitioner and the stand of the respondent-Power Holding Company, which has not been disputed in absence of any rejoinder from the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear that the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an appropriate representation before the
