Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 13.7.2021.

From perusal of the trial court's report it appears that the case is pending at the stage of defence evidence. In view of the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. As the petitioner is in custody since 21.3.2018, let the trial be concluded as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
