It appears that vide order dated 30.03.2022, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. However, in the cause title, the name of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as Rajkumar @ Aryan Ram in place of Rajkumar @ Aryan Raj. The said mistake perpetuated since it was wrongly mentioned in the cause title of the petition.

In view of the above, let the name of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38108 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 petitioner be read as Rajkumar @ Aryan Raj instead of Rajkumar @ Aryan Ram.

The period of surrender is also extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

The order dated 30.03.2022 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
