2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 343 of 2024 registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 76, 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioner, variously armed with country-made pistol, bamboo sticks, rods, swords and axes, entered into the informant's house and attacked the informant upon his head and his wife due to which both of them sustained injuries. It is further alleged that the accused persons also attempted to fire and looted jewelry

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that only one injury which is lacerated one was found upon the occipital area of the head of the informant which is assigned to the co-accused Sanjay Singh @ Manjay Singh. He further submits that so far as the petitioner is concerned, the allegation against him is of assaulting the informant with sharp-edged farsa which hit his arm but, the same is not corroborated by the injury report. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 343 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of
