This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.07.2017. Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was allowed by this Court vide order dated 13.07.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 31923 of 2017 and a period of four weeks was granted to him for surrender before the learned court below. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to serious illness of his wife, he could not surrender within the time. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, three weeks further time is granted from today to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, and released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, VigilanceII Patna in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016, (Special Case No. 08 of 2016 (R-759/16); subject to the conditions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49936 of 2017 (2) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The order is modified to that extent and the application stands disposed of.
