The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila (Patna ) P.S. case no. 15 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376, 420, 506 of the IPC.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner on the pretext of performing marriage with informant established physical relationship with her for last four years and later on refused to perform marriage.

Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that compromise has now taken place between the parties and the compromise petition has been filed in the Court below. Copy of the compromise petition has been filed in this Court as Annexure-3 by way of supplementary affidavit.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37947 of 2019(2) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 23.2.2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Mahila (Patna ) P.S. case no. 15 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
