Patna High Court MJC No.3466 of 2018(4) dt.04-05-2023 2/3 ORAL ORDER 04-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the Biscomaun.
The learned counsel for the Biscomaun, at the outset, submits that a show cause has been filed on behalf of the Managing Director, Biscouman and from perusal of Para-1(b) of the show cause, it would manifest that 11 cheques have been issued in favour of 11 petitioners, the details whereof has been given in the said Para. It is next submitted that all the 11 cheques as detailed in Para-1(b) of the show cause is being handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
The learned counsel for the petitioners after verifying the pleadings made at Para-1(b) of the show cause submits that the cheques have been drawn accordingly and he accepts the same.
The learned counsel for the Biscomaun, at this stage, submits that rest of the payment of the petitioners shall be made within a period of four months. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Biscomaun, the Court is not inclined to
