Petitioner is in custody in connection Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 257 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits both sides are agnates and a scuffle took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injury. The injury sustained by informant sides is simple in nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.4.2019.

Considering the fact that informant and petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34508 of 2019(2) dt.27-05-2019 2/2 are agnates and both sides have sustained injuries in the scuffle, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Patna, in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 257 of 2018.
