The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Riga P. S. Case No. 42 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 295-A and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the undue and unexplained delay of 19 days in institution of the present FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
