The petitioner is in custody in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No.66 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No.591 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 392 & 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.02.2019. Learned counsel further submits that the allegation against the petitioner and other persons is that they were involved in loot of tractor loaded with 200 bags of Konak Dalmiya Cement. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is the student of B.A. Part-II.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35297 of 2019(2) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No.66 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No.591 of 2019.
