ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in complaint Case No. 1284/2013, T.R. No. 2586/2014 registered for offences punishable under Sections 323 and 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is always ready to keep his wife with full honor and dignity and is also willing to give proper conjugal life to her as well as maintain the child, who is three and 1/2 years old. Considering the present stand of the petitioner, in case of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks, the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class,
