2. In view of the defect pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the writ application to file separate applications with regard to each of the petitioners and also to ensure that the defects pointed out do not occur in the fresh writ petitions.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off

Patna High Court CWJC No.456 of 2018 (2) dt.09-01-2018 2/2 as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

4. As the petitioners have filed one set of Court fee stamp, if a fresh writ application is filed by petitioner no. 1, he shall not be required to file Court fee stamp while the other three writ petitions relating to petitioners no. 2, 3 and 4, the same shall have to be filed along with the requisite Court fee stamp.
