Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 33 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Bihar Electricity Act. The petitioner was a contractual employee and the allegations levelled in the FIR is that he has been terminated from service. There is no chance that the petitioner will abscond.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VIII, Gaya in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 33 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
