JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 07.12.2017, passed by the Registrar, Co-operative Societies in Case no. 216 of 2015, however, since the petitioner herein which is Ratnagiri Sahkari, Grih Nirman Samiti Limited is a perpetual entity and its Secretary, who has been depicted to be representing the said Samiti has died, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the said Samiti to move afresh before this Court, after a new Secretary is appointed. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
