The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 323 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that on the order of the petitioner, other teachers, students and villagers assaulted the informant. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused Suman Bharti, Kiran Devi, Anita Sinha have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
